What We Took Away from EASTLOG 2026
This year, our team attended EASTLOG, the largest logistics conference in Prague. The event was a pleasant surprise for us, exceeding our expectations in terms of the quality of the presentations and the relevance of the topics. We must also commend the excellent organization of the event.
It confirmed to us that the logistics market is constantly changing and moving forward. The topic of digitalization is no longer just a buzzword but is actually being reflected in how companies operate. Market volatility brings about many changes, and companies are forced to respond to these changes. That is why they need high-quality data on which to base their decisions. These topics formed the foundation of the conference, but let’s take a look at what interested our team the most.
What highlights did we take away from the conference?
1. Transparency is the foundation of relationships
Whether it’s procurement or day-to-day operations, transparent communication between carriers and clients is the only path to long-term success. It’s important for both sides. It ensures greater stability and the ability to respond more flexibly to changes in the market. Transparency fosters satisfaction for both the client and the carrier.
2. Data quality starts at the input
It’s easy to focus on output data, but the real value lies in high-quality input data. To scale effectively, we must precisely manage our inputs. This is closely linked to digitalization and how the company will make decisions in the future. Again, this applies to both clients and carriers. Decisions based on high-quality data are a crucial pillar of any business.
3. Companies are actively seeking specialized tools
This next finding pleasantly surprised us. Companies are beginning to move away from one-size-fits-all solutions and are actively seeking agile, specific tools to streamline their unique processes. This is where digitization comes in. We see this as a competitive advantage because we can provide clients with solutions tailored to their needs and business.

4. Digitization is no longer just a buzzword
We’ve attended several conferences where digitization was discussed extensively on a theoretical level. This year, EASTLOG was all about practical demonstrations and specific case studies. We see a clear shift in that companies are no longer just thinking about digitization, but are also putting it into practice.
That’s what EASTLOG was like from a business perspective. However, conferences aren’t just about panel discussions, lectures, booths, and roundtables. They’re about people and networking and meeting clients or competitors in person, or getting to know new faces.
Investing in the Next Generation
In addition to these meetings, we were delighted that our booth was visited by students who use the Transportly 4Carrier platform as part of our new high school educational program. The feedback on our textbook and platform was very positive. We are proud to help shape the future of our industry by empowering the next generation of logistics experts. And perhaps the very students we met will be our future colleagues.
These days were a great reminder that innovation, quality, and education are the pillars of our progress, which gives us purpose. We thank the organizers from ATOZ Group for the invitation. We hope to see you again next year in Prague.
